MISSION STATEMENT
The Demons Fastpitch Organization is a non-profit charitable corporation organized under the IRS laws encompassing 501 (c) (3) entities, and is committed to providing opportunities for young athletes to engage in quality, competitive experiences. The DEMONS are dedicated to the idea that any athlete, regardless of race, creed, religious affiliation, socio-economic status or bubble gum flavor should be given that opportunity. A competitive athletic experience can instill a good work ethic, enhance social development, contribute to mental and physical health, and teach values of personal responsibility, self discipline, self-motivation, and teamwork. Participation in fastpitch softball also improves the athletes opportunity to realize the goals of:

Improving individual skills and ability to play and contribute as a member of a elite team
Earning and/or keeping a position on a team
Earning a college scholarship

Each of the above goals involves individual player growth. this includes improvement in skill level and in the mental outlook necessary to be a successful member of the DEMONS.

The Chubbuck DEMONS goal is to offer the highest quality professional coaching, instruction and mentoring available anywhere in the state of Idaho. We strive to offer the highest quality instruction to prepare our athletes for high school and college softball. The DEMONS believe that ultimately the tools that its coaches pass along will help these young ladies succeed both on and off the field and in many other aspects of their lives.

Bobby is the founding general manager of the DEMONS. As one of Southeast Idahos most respected softball coaches and instructors, he brings numerous years of coaching experience to the organization. As general manager, his duty is to oversee and direct the development of all DEMON players and coaching assistants.

With a great understanding of game situations and player development, Bobby oversees all team structure, development and personnel, while also serving as head coach of the 14U black team. A tireless proponent of women's athletics and a community leader, Bobby has promoted girls fastpitch softball locally and nationally, teaching young athletes that with great fundamentals and a love of the game, anything is possible.

About Us

The DEMONS are one of the most active Travel Team in the souhtheast Idaho area. We receive no monetary help from any other youth sports organization or local agency.

The DEMONS are totally self-funded and must procure funds through either player/team dues or through individual or corporate donations and contributions. The DEMONS depend on opportunities presented to help us build our program. Your assistance as a sponsor or donor will enable the DEMONS to continue providing this robust program to our area's youth.

Donations are fully tax deductible. The DEMONS are a publicly supported organization as defined by the IRS. As such, donors may deduct contributions to the extent that their contributions are gifts, with no consideration received in accordance with the requirements outlined in Sec 170 of the IRS Code.

FUNDS USE STATEMENT: The Demons and official coaching staff are accountable for the proper use of team funds as well as your investment. Any and all funds received will be used only for purchasing equipment, uniforms, tournament fees, practice facility rentals, travel expenses and team instruction. One hundred percent of the budget expenditures goes to the team.

Where the Money Goes

There are several ways that donations and sponsorships help the DEMONS. These gifts allow the organization to continue to provide venues in which our players can exhibit and nurture their talents by competing at national exposure tournaments. Additional funding also assures that we have the essential resources and tools to field our teams. Balls, bats, uniforms, travel costs and coaching fees can add up quickly during a busy tournament season!

There are several large projects the DEMONS are involved with: First and foremost is the development of girls fastpitch at all age levels in Austin and Southeast Idaho. We are dedicated to continuing to raise the ability and talent levels to compete against the best ASA programs in the country -- this requires quality instruction and continued exposure to the sport.
